- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had this agent for several years and I don't know why I kept them. He and his son Travis come across nice at first but once dealing with them they are rude and arrogant. I just had them say to me.."why would you want to be there with the adjuster when he looks at your car" REALLY????? BECAUSE ITS MY CAR. And I was told that not once in 21 years had someone asked to be there when the adjustor inspected their car. I was treated like a weirdo freak. I have since transferred to another agent. One who is nice and doesn't interrupt me. I am beyond threw with them. They might send out Birthday cards but they seriously have to change the way they treat people. I dreaded calling them so very glad I don't have to call them again.By Lori Lanier, November 15, 2016
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆My home is valued at about $260,000 according to my county tax assessment and reverse mortgage appraisal. Allstate had raise the value to $400,000 because I live in an historic neighborhood. I have modern kitchen and bathrooms, windows and doors. Only the outside of my house meets the historical feature. I have been with Allstate 19 yrs in SC and appropriately 25 years other locations. Horrible let down for me but I will find another insurance company.
