- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆AWFUL! A lady at this bank, I will save face, LOST a check that was to be sent to CA for endorsement by BOA and returned to us. I worked ALL day on this issue due to her negligence, and I TOO have a job. She did NOT even know the address that she mailed our check to in CA. She never offered to help resolve the issue. I had to take care of it myself. After HOURS on the phone with BOA in CA, it is taken care of and after this loan is paid in full, I will NEVER use this bank again!By Rose E, October 01, 2016
